Kung Fu for women
The program is designed to stimulate your motivation. We focus so that you learn to find the best solution in every situation and become even more energetic when challenged. After training, you will be full of enthusiasm and new knowledge that will help you achieve success in all areas of life.
Wing Chun
Once you start learning kung fu, you will become healthier, sleep deeper and be more energetic. Your immunity will strengthen, you will become more resistant to diseases. If you get sick, you will recover much faster.
Physical self-defense
You will learn to hit hard and effectively. By developing your physical skills, you will develop reflexes, strengthen strength, and become more agile. We hope that you will not have to use these skills in practice, but we believe that it is very important to be able to defend yourself.
Internal self-defense
Our specially perfected ritual fighting program has taught students to avoid fighting before it has begun. You will learn pre-delimitation techniques, thanks to which you will be able to assess each situation and avoid possible problems. The best self – defense is to learn to avoid dangerous people and places.
Health
Our Kung Fu lessons will give you health right after you start training. You will breathe better, sleep deeper and be more energetic.
Your immunity will strengthen, you will become more resistant to diseases. And if you get sick, you will recover significantly faster. This program is designed to encourage and motivate you.
Physical form
Thanks to our training program, your body will change incredibly. By training, you will burn excess calories, strengthen muscles and improve metabolism. If you have problems with nutrition, it’s not your fault.
LEVELS
Our self-defense system works on two levels:

The first, physical level:

You will learn techniques for limiting actions that will allow you to assess each situation and avoid possible problems. You will learn to stay away from dangerous people and places – this is the most valuable form of self-defense.
Wing Chun Kun Fu teaches you to take control of your own life, overcome fears instinctively and
effectively defend yourself without any weapons.
Wing Chun Kuen
Wing Chun Kung Fu yra kinų kovos menas, kilęs iš pietų Šaolinio šventyklos. Šiame vienuolyne viena treniruočių salė buvo vadinama Wing Chun Dim arba Amžinojo pavasario salė. Šio kovos meno pasekėjai buvo vadinami Wing Chun Kuen arba amžinojo pavasario kumščiu.
Taip nutiko, kad šventykla buvo sudeginta, o kovos menas perduodamas paslapčia iki 1950 metų, kol jis tapo visiems prieinamas Honkonge.
